I can’t even begin to describe how much Allison has changed my life , and I couldn’t recommend her enough , I trust her with everything and she supports me no matter what and never judges me , she really is a superwoman ! After having bad experiences with therapists I vowed to never speak to one again but I’m so glad I found Allison as she has helped me so much and has helped me be the person I want to be and do the things I’ve always wanted to do , she is honestly the best .

Where to start ? From being in the darkest of dark places for soo many reasons, I'd hoped hypnotherapy might help my diminished mindset. Seeking help tock some courage, I felt broken and weak a complete failure as a man and a Father ! Thanks to he continuous support of my beautiful Wife, I sought help. After a good relaxed chat with Alison, we agreed to meet. I can't say enough to THANK her, I sleep better, my mood is pretty upbeat and I roll with the punches.. Alison in an unassuming and subliminial way has got me back to who I used to be, a fun guy to be around! A far cry from where I was. Knowing I have her continuous support makes me feel happier and safe (if ever I need to talk). I can't thank Alison enough for soo many reasons, I like who I am. Warren
